Susan began her career in a State Hospital working as part of an interdisciplinary team bringing about

personal and organizational transformation.  Since those early beginnings she has been fascinated with the science of changing behavior in positive ways.


As the President of The TEAM Approach, she works with a variety of publishers to bring the best tools into her practice.  With her partner, and husband, Rick, she created the Team Leader Cafe’ as a venue for enhancing leadership skills in today’s workplace.


Her first book is 42 Rules of Employee Engagement
